For those that do creative projects, how do you get past choice paralysis? If you’re a writer and have 5 book ideas you feel are pretty good, how do you choose the best one to move forward with?

I had ordered a couple things for my wife from the Disney Store recently. PJ’s as a Christmas present. However, I already received everything I had ordered.

Heya! I’ve had to come home from work because I’m too run down with some kind of flu.

I have a chair that I got in March off of amazon. An hour ago the baseplate bent and now the pole that it sits on is just wobbling around. Cannot sit on it unless it is directly up. I found this out when the whole thing tilted back, slamming my head into a shelf and throwing me out of the chair. So I go to Amazon to at least leave a shitty review, maybe see if I can contact them for a replacement part. Product is de-listed and no contact information at all. So I contact Amazon who just instantly starts a refund process I didn’t ask for, smugly telling me I’m not eligible when I knew that. First rep sent me to a ‘special team to help’. That ‘special team’ was the front desk for Amazon.com instead of the Canadian one. She just did the exact same thing, another refund I never asked for and putting me on hold and refusing to listen to me. Asked to speak to a Supervisor who then started to say the same shit before I cut him off and said I just wanted the fucking contact information for the fucking manufacturer. He emails over a page for the manufacturer that is their warranty/refunds page.

I remember hearing about this years ago, but I didn’t watch it back then. Now I remember about that, I’m trying to watch it (I don’t even need any English subtitles, cuz native speaker perks), and oh my god that voice of the mother character was so… uncanny… weird… my heart was just beating so fast hearing that tone of the voice… and I don’t even use Mandarin at home (Cantonese used at home), and those words just cause flashbacks to my mother’s “evil” voice talking to me. Omfg…

Made a massive difference when I started pat drying my hair, it became more softer and smoother instead of roughly and vigorously rub drying my hair, making my hair dry… I feel like this should be common sense but apparently not to me since I found out about this just recently 😅

So like, captain’s log stardate so and so, they found an anomaly, a distress beacon from a planet, and upon examination it was a derelict spaceship with only one dead crew member fused to the pilots seat, and some eggs.

I find myself in possession of some very heavy slabs that were clearly the top of an old billiards or pool table. There are 3 pieces in total, all of which look to be in great shape aside from the holes in the pocket locations. They are heavy as FUCK.

I am big into spending some time doing crafts with family. Ideally for me it’s got some recycling. I’ll be making cardboard houses this year, some paper chains and likely I’ll make some candle holders from clay.

So I dont actually know if i have full blown insomnia (i probably dont) but have had a lot of problems, around a few months ago i got so fed up i decides to implement CBTI and it greatly improved my sleep quality (duration decreased tho), however i do smtms still have sleep trouble and anxiety

So… when I was a kid, like soon after I gained proficiency in English, they made me translate:

So lately I’ve been working on getting things set up to survive long term. I’m building my whole basement into a hydroponic farm with zero outside help. It’s been a hell of a challenge because I have some major issues with executive dysfunction, motivation, etc. but it’s also something I’ve been wanting to do in some capacity since my early adulthood (I’ve scaled way way way down as life happened).

There’s just no way to prepare yourself for how hideous the thing is when you see it up close. I’m all for electric cars, and you drive what you drive, but the dingy metal and stupid shape makes it look like the bastard love child of the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz and a Transformer made by somebody who had used several fine vintages of methamphetamine that day.
