Can't Purge a Post on .zip

I have an account on piefed.zip. I deleted a post and tried to purge it, but I only get the following message: “An unexpected error has occurred” and it’s not purged. Any idea what could be happening?

A fix will be part of the next release or can be manually applied as described in the link above.
